Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan.
- Create and manage the project schedule, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project teams and project activities.
- Conduct status meetings and track action items.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and

* * project risks and issues. - Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Monitor schedule performance and critical path activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Maintain project dashboards and performance metrics.
- Support steering committee and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage change requests and issue resolution activities.
- Ensure successful delivery of project objectives within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience
- 2 years leading implementations of similar systems (Veterans Benefit)
- Experience in enterprise software implementation projects.
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP Certification
