Senior Director - ITJob Description Summary

We are committed to providing a competitive and equitable total rewards package. The compensation for this role is designed to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The expected base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple teams
  • Work with the business leadership to set SLA's and manage the teams performance against these SLA's
  • Act as a point of escalation for issues, building appropriate escalation process based on severity
  • Manage staffing levels across the teams to continue to meet the commitments
  • Manage IT assets associated to end users and track them, maintaining inventory to meet demand and repurposing equipment appropriately
  • Develop strategic projects that help to continually develop the efficiency of the fulfillment team

This role is responsible for managing the New Hire IT Fulfillment group and IT Asset Management team.

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills with an Ability to Identify and Coach young talent to achieve results
  • Technical Background in end user computing technology and support services
  • Ability to build proposals and present at all levels in The organization familiar with ITIL process to Manage IT organizations in Enterprise environments
