POSITION
IT Project Manager
with experience in Financial projects and AI
LOCATIONChicago, IL Onsite- LOCALS
REQUIRED SKILLSTOP 5 SKILL SET(S):- Strong PowerPoint / executive slide-building skills - able to produce polished, leadership-ready decks independently
- Agile/Scrum program delivery - sprint cadence, backlog management, cross-functional coordination
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) - comfortable using them as working tools, not just aware of them
- Executive communication and presence - able to hold the room under pressure and give a clear ask rather than a status recitation
- Project planning and governance - budget/resource tracking, risk/issue management, milestone reporting
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
- Financial services or finance-function domain experience (accounting, controllership, treasury, or adjacent)
- RPA vs. AI / agentic AI architecture judgment (human-in-the-loop design, shadow-mode testing, phased rollout gating)
