Daniels Health is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver frontline technical support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, equipment provisioning, and lifecycle management for a fast-growing organization.
You’ll support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to IT projects to improve processes. This is an office-based role with occasional travel to remote sites in the United States.
