Our client, an international law firm, is looking for an experienced AI Adoption Specialist to support their legal team. This role involves guiding responsible AI implementation, training users, and enhancing workflows with emerging AI tools. The position requires the ability to collaborate across teams and promote best practices in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities
:

• Coordinate efforts to promote the safe adoption of generative AI technologies within legal workflows.
• Interface with practice groups to identify opportunities and address barriers to AI integration, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to clarify AI capabilities, set expectations, and foster responsible use.
• Develop, update, and distribute educational resources like guides, playbooks, and FAQs that emphasize best practices and guardrails.
• Facilitate workshops and onboarding sessions to build user confidence and proficiency in using AI tools effectively.

AI Adoption Specialist
Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree; JD preferred.
• At least three years supporting legal technology adoption, digital transformation, or related change management roles.
• Experience in enabling end users with digital and AI-driven tools in regulated or governed environments.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly and tailor guidance to different user levels.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, legal technology, and collaboration tools; quick learner with a strong interest in legal tech.
