- Provide on-site IT support to staff, students, and faculty
- Set up and troubleshoot Chromebooks and other devices
- Assist with IT inventory and asset tracking
- Travel between multiple school campuses throughout the Chicagoland area
- Support K-12 education partner campuses and help keep schools running smoothly
- Some experience in IT support or troubleshooting is a plus
- Formal IT training, coursework, or certifications are preferred
- Familiarity with Chromebooks (as a user or administrator) is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance
- Must have a car for travel between locations and transportation of equipment
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance required
- Must complete a background check
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to travel between multiple school campuses in the Chicagoland area
Demonstrates proficiency in providing on-site IT support, troubleshooting devices such as Chromebooks, and managing IT inventory for K-12 educational environments. Capable of traveling between multiple campuses while ensuring smooth operations and compliance with necessary requirements.
