Your role as a Senior Systems IT Administrator

Key responsibilities:

New Cold has an excellent career opportunity in our IT Department for a Senior System Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's systems (Windows environment but also Networking infrastructure). Your expertise in Windows server technologies, Active Directory, group policies, and Power Shell scripting will be essential in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our systems as well as your expertise in networking infrastructure.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or Engineering
Proven experience as a Senior Windows System Administrator or similar role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows-based infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019), Active Directory, Entra , group policies, and Power Shell scripting
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues
Strong knowledge of networking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
The ability to adopt new technologies fast
Microsoft Azure (cloud and local) is not mandatory, but desirable
