We are seeking a Sr. HCM Systems Analyst to help integrate, automate, and optimize our human capital management systems. The role supports HRIS, ATS, benefits, and other connected tools while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
What You’ll Do- Own and continuously improve HCM systems, including HRIS, ATS, benefit platforms, and comp tools.
- Partner with the internal Tech team to design, build, and maintain integrations and file feeds.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives to streamline processes.
- Ensure HCM data is clean, well‑structured, and configured to power reliable reporting, automation, and integrations.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help leadership and teammates make informed decisions.
- Manage system security to ensure appropriate access and data protection.
- Own compliance filings (e.g., EEOC, 5500s) and maintain the employee handbook.
- Collaborate with teammates across HCM, recruiting, finance and other departments to translate needs into system solutions.
- Document systems and processes so knowledge is accessible to the whole team.
- 5+ years of HCM systems experience across multiple platforms, including integrations, implementations, or migrations preferably at a small or mid‑size company.
- A hands‑on problem solver who loves to build.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configuration and process design.
- Strong data skills, understanding how data must be structured upstream to be useful downstream.
- Comfort working with technical tools; experience with BI platforms (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau) and a general understanding of APIs is a plus.
- Equally comfortable discussing HCM and Tech, able to bridge the two as a true partner.
- Preference for candidates located in Chicago (relocation assistance available).
Salary Range: $110,000—$140,000 USD. The role also includes an annual discretionary bonus based on individual performance and firm results.
