This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoW Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position:
Serves as a Senior IT Project Management Specialist in the Information Management Automated Systems Division. You will lead system design, manage agile software life cycles, and oversee project teams delivering secure.

Specialized

Experience:

One year of specialized experience in
1) Managing acquisition life cycle processes by identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical, cybersecurity and contractual issues to ensure successful program execution;
2) Providing technical guidance and recommendations to program managers for monitoring and evaluating acquisition phases from development through deployment;
3) Designing, developing, and/or testing IT systems and software applications using Agile methodologies to support mission-critical operations; and
4) Delivering high-level technical briefings, reports, and presentations to internal and external personnel to communicate project status, risks, and recommendations. The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the competencies, as defined: (1) Attention to Detail
