- 4+ years of IAM experience
- Experience with identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint)
- Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Knowledge of identity governance best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- IAM certifications
- Experience with PAM solutions
- Background in regulated industries
