Overview

At PwC, we provide consulting services for business applications. As a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will analyse client needs, implement solutions, and deliver training and support for Salesforce applications to help clients optimise operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

• Utilise Salesforce technology to solve intricate client business challenges
• Develop and implement technology solutions tailored to client needs
• Mentor and guide junior team members to uphold exemplary standards
• Build and nurture enduring client relationships
• Design platform‑based applications to address client requirements
• Analyse and interpret complex business and technology issues
• Maintain a profound understanding of the business context and its evolution
• Apply critical thinking to navigate and resolve ambiguous situations

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven record of success as a team leader with knowledge of SOA architecture and fluency in web service standards such as WSSE, XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, and REST

• Master’s Degree preferred
• Certifications in  Administrator, Developer, or Sales/Service Consultant
• Experience implementing technology solutions for compliance standards
• Business and technology challenge resolution with CRM technologies
• Design and implementation of platform‑based applications
• Experience with software configuration and Apex coding
• Proficiency in third‑party integrations and understanding of their impact
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Relationship‑building and mentorship skills
• Travel requirement up to 80%

Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
