Will be responsible for architecting implementing and managing enterprise wide privacy and consent management solutions leveraging the One Trust platform The candidate must possess a strong understanding of global privacy regulations and have extensive experience leading large scale privacy transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities- One Trust Architecture Implementation:
- Lead the design architecture and implementation of One Trust Privacy Management solutions across the organization
- Configure and manage One Trust modules including
- Privacy Rights Automation DSARDSR
- Data Mapping
- Data Discovery
- Privacy Impact Assessments PIA
- Data Protection Impact Assessments DPIA
- Consent and Preference Management
- Third Party Risk Management
- Incident Breach Management
- Develop enterprise privacy architecture and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Configure geolocation based consent models and multilingual privacy notices
- Ensure compliance with GDPR ePrivacy Directive CCPACPRA LGPD and other privacy laws
- Privacy Governance and Compliance:
- Establish Privacy by Design principles across business and technology initiatives
- Lead privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations
- Define and maintain Records of Processing Activities RoPA
- Collaborate with Legal Compliance Information Security and Data Governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop privacy policies standards procedures and operating models
- Integration Technical Leadership:
- Architect integrations between One Trust and enterprise systems including Service Now Salesforce Azure and custom applications
- Design APIs and automation workflows supporting privacy operations
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams
- Drive solution design reviews governance reviews and architecture approvals
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with executive leadership privacy officers legal counsel and business stakeholders
- Present privacy program status risks and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead workshops training sessions and privacy awareness programs
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Information Security or related field
- 15 years of experience in Privacy Data Governance Compliance Risk Management or Enterprise Architecture
- 7 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing One Trust solutions
- Proven experience leading enterprise scale privacy and consent management programs
- Deep understanding of:
- GDPR
- CCPACPRA
- ePrivacy Directive
- LGPD
- PIPEDA
- Global Privacy Regulations
- Experience developing privacy governance frameworks and operating models
- Strong communication and leadership skills
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $51.78/hour - $80.90/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
