**** Role Overview
** This role will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives across Regal Rexnord’s global segments, with a focus on IT categories including software, IT services, telecom, and hardware. This leader will manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost optimization, and compliance.
** Key Responsibilities
** Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
· Lead long- and short-term sourcing projects across IT categories, delivering cost savings and value creation.
· Develop negotiation strategies, conduct spend analysis and manage contract lifecycle in alignment with enterprise policies.

Project Leadership
· Assemble and lead global project teams, define scope and objectives, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
· Monitor risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Compliance & Governance
· Ensure adherence to procurement policies and guide stakeholders through required processes.
· Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and status updates using standard templates and SOPs.Stakeholder Engagement
· Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization, influence decision-making, and resolve conflicting priorities.
· Act as a liaison between IT owners, vendors, and business units to align objectives and drive results.
** Qualifications*
* · Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, IT Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with IT category sourcing strongly preferred.
· Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing processes and negotiation strategies.
· Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing at all organizational levels.
· Demonstrated success in managing complex projects in a global, matrixed environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of cloud and software procurement a plus.
· Certifications such as PMP or CPSM or public cloud preferred.

* * Compensation Details:** $100,000 - $135,000
* The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
