Revenue Guardian Charge Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Guardian Charge Analyst for a top healthcare client. This consultant will serve as a key resource supporting Revenue Guardian edit configuration, Charge Router build and optimization, and Epic Hospital Billing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with HB, PB, and Hospital Resolute workflows, along with a deep understanding of charge capture, routing, and reconciliation processes.

This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality build work, supporting revenue cycle optimization efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping ensure accurate charge processing throughout the organization. Strong communication, accountability, and mentorship skills are critical, as the team is seeking someone who can independently own deliverables and serve as a trusted subject matter expert.
