The Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging strategic planning and technical execution for Caterpillar’s OnPoint initiative, which delivers personalized digital marketing s role ensures seamless execution of marketing automation, optimizes performance, and maintains compliance across regions.

The position will collaborate closely with business partners, dealers, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud teams, and may expand to cover Caterpillar-wide Marketing Automation operations. This role will be part of the Digital Marketing Enablement team, leading 3-6 individual contributors.
