Manager, Identity and Access Management
We are seeking a Manager, Identity and Access Management to join our Cybersecurity practice. This is a client-facing consulting leadership role focused on IAM strategy, engagement delivery, client relationship management, team leadership, and account growth - not day-to-day configuration or engineering. The successful candidate will bring broad working knowledge across identity governance, privileged access management, access management, authentication, authorization, and identity data.
This person should have enough technical judgment to guide delivery teams, evaluate solution designs and tradeoffs, identify delivery risks, and communicate credibly with technical and business stakeholders. You will partner with client stakeholders and Crowe leadership to shape IAM strategies and roadmaps, oversee teams performing the technical work, manage client relationships, and contribute actively to proposals, account expansion, and the continued growth of Crowe's IAM practice.
IAM will be the primary domain for this position. As a manager within Crowe's Cybersecurity practice, however, you will also be expected to contribute to adjacent cybersecurity engagements - such as risk assessments, IT control evaluations, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, and cloud security reviews - as client demand and practice needs require. This role is well suited to a consulting leader who has worked across multiple IAM domains and technology platforms, can lead senior client conversations independently, and enjoys strategic problem-solving, varied engagements, team development, and practice building.
Hands‑on implementation experience provides valuable context, but it is not the primary responsibility of this position.
- Leadership, Strategy, and Client Management Lead the development of IAM strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business objectives, risk priorities, and technology environments.
- Advise clients on Zero Trust and identity‑centric security strategies at the program level.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day client relationship owner for assigned engagements, managing scope, timelines, delivery risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead client conversations independently and present strategies, findings, and recommendations to technical leaders, business stakeholders, and senior executives.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and address additional business needs.
- Contribute to proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, solution development, and account planning.
- Support the growth of Crowe's IAM practice through go‑to‑market materials, thought leadership, training, and service offering development.
- Set solution direction and oversee the delivery of enterprise IAM capabilities across identity governance, access management, authentication and authorization, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management.
- Guide technical delivery teams…
