Workday Reporting Lead - Senior Manager

Our tech managers perform a wide range of functions such as working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members—and leading the implementation life cycle (including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go‑live and post‑production support). • 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
• Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.

• Prior consulting experience on Workday implementations.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases (e.g., initial implementation, optimization, or post‑production support).
