** About the job you're considering:*
* Stibo STEP MDM Solution & Delivery Architect with experience leading end-to-end MDM implementations, including solution architecture, data modeling, SKU migration, Boomi integrations, data migration, QA testing, and change management. Skilled in aligning STEP implementations with business objectives, reducing delivery risks, and collaborating across business and technical teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.

** Your Role :*
* + Requires extensive experience (7 - 12 years) successfully delivering Stibo Product and other domains ofMDM solutions. Other additionalvendor MDM solutions is a plus.

+ Proven background working across business and technology teams, translating business requirements into enforceable data standards and architectural patterns.

+ Knowledge of Product MDM architecture patterns, workflows and business rule configuration

+ Must havedemonstratedstrong communication skills with executives.

+ A solid understanding and demonstrable experience in manufacturing and retail is a plus

+ Must be able to talk to business stakeholders in business context without technology.

+ Must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving.

+ The role must understand both business and technical sides of Product data governance, including data quality and stewardship, migration architecture, reconciliation and validation, golden record design, and master data lifecycle management.

** Technical & Platform Skills*
* + Significant experience (7 - 12 years) in the design and development of Stibo STEP MDM product and other domain data solutions.

+ Must be able to designand govern complex integration and oversee Boomi architecture.

+ Integration success requires knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Salsify, PLMs (Centric & Teamcenter), IBP, GS1, and downstream consuming systems.

+ Additional key technical integration competenciesare:

SAP master data integration;

API, event driven and batch; source to target mapping; error handling and observability; and cross-platform enterprise architecture.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$91,000 to $224,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
