Digital Marketing & Analytics Intern

• Perform heavy data analysis and help execute and manage media programs for clients
• Work within a Digital Marketing & Measurement business area aligned with skills and interests
• Gain experience across Marketing Strategy, Analytics, and Activation practice areas
• Complete onboarding bootcamp during the first weeks
• Meet senior leaders for project work and informational interviews
• Participate in internal and client meetings
• Work toward subject matter expertise in media, measurement, or strategy
• Conduct digital media planning, documentation, execution, and optimization
• Perform keyword and bidding research, audience creation and optimization, and site optimization
• Analyze, report on, and develop insights from digital media performance
• Research and communicate emerging technologies, competition, and market trends
• Execute discrete analyses using tools such as Excel and Tableau
• Translate analyses into clear client-facing insights through slides, email, and other formats
• Speak up regularly, ask questions, and express points of view

• Prior professional experience is not required
• Ability to think critically, break down problems, and propose data-driven solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to share ideas effectively in group projects, presentations, or customer-facing interactions
• Consistently produce accurate, thorough, and organized work
• Ability to work respectfully and professionally with peers, instructors, teammates, and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks or projects and complete them with limited supervision
• Examples of leadership, initiative, or ownership in academic, extracurricular, or work settings
• Familiarity with basic tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar software
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer on a full-time basis
• Must not have a current or future need for visa sponsorship
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification documentation upon hire
