We’re seeking a Senior IT Solutions Manager to join a global organization undergoing significant technology modernization.
This is a highly visible role for an experienced IT leader who understands manufacturing and supply chain environments and can bridge the gap between business operations and technology.
The position will have broad ownership across enterprise applications, SAP, and technology initiatives supporting key operational functions. This is not a hands-on SAP configuration role.
We’re looking for someone who understands the business processes behind the technology and can lead initiatives from requirements and solution definition through implementation and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
- Lead enterprise application and SAP-related initiatives
- Support modernization of legacy applications and enterprise platforms
- Translate operational requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Lead projects from requirements and planning through implementation
- Manage vendors, priorities, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Help shape technology roadmaps and future-state capabilities
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience
- Experience supporting Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing technology environments
- Strong ERP and enterprise application experience
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives
- Strong project/program leadership and vendor management skills
- Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience owning technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle
- CPG experience is a strong plus
- Chicago-area hybrid opportunity. 2 Days onsite in downtown Chicago, IL
