* ** Key Responsibilities*
* + Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

+ Design secure knowledge-grounding strategies leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.

+ Define agent workflows, prompts, topics, actions, and governance standards.

+ Lead integrations with Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, One Drive, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Azure services.

+ Establish security, compliance, responsible AI, and access-control frameworks.

+ Conduct architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

+ Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and implementation guidance.

+ Create reusable architecture patterns and operational best practices.

** Required Skills*
* + Hands-on experience with
** Microsoft Copilot Studio
** solution architecture and implementation.

+ Strong knowledge of
** Generative AI, Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG/Grounded AI, and Responsible AI** .

+

Experience with
** Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online** .

+ Knowledge of
** Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor** .

+ Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and enterprise governance experience.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$145,000 - $165,000/Annum

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
