We are supporting a leading European private equity group with the appointment of a Project Manager IT to join its growing Operations team in the Midwest US.
The business invests in medium-sized companies across a range of industries and works directly with portfolio companies to improve operations, drive transformation and create long-term value.
This is a hands‑on opportunity combining IT, M&A, transformation and operational improvement.
The RoleYou will work directly with portfolio companies and management teams, leading IT projects across acquisitions, separations and transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities:- Lead IT carve‑out and separation projects
- Analyse IT systems, processes and data and develop improvement plans
- Manage IT budgets and project delivery
- Develop IT governance and audit processes
- Support M&A and IT due diligence
- Identify IT risks, efficiencies and value‑creation opportunities
- Work closely with senior management, local IT teams and external partners
We're looking for an IT professional with 4+ years' experience in corporate IT, consulting or IT transformation. Ideally, you will have experience across 3+ of the following:
- ERP / SAP
- Application Management
- IT Infrastructure
- IT Operations
- IT Migration
- IT Service Management
