What's the Job?- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive end-to-end test automation strategies across multiple projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and Azure Dev Ops to streamline testing processes.
- Oversee automated test creation, execution, and maintenance, ensuring cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
- Analyze automation results, provide actionable insights, and ensure adherence to testing standards through code reviews.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership within automation testing environments.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and programming languages like Java.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools including REST Assured and Postman.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of test frameworks including TestNG, JUnit, BDD Cucumber, and Spec Flow.
