GC&E Systems is seeking a Computer User Support Specialist-SME who will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and assistance to users within the CASTLE-NET program by responding to and resolving IT-related issues and handling service requests. Ensures customer satisfaction and compliance with CASTLE-NET and USACE IT policies and best practices.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Function- Execute end-to-end infrastructure installations, from hardware deployment and cabling to post-install validation and production readiness
- Manage system lifecycle processes including initial configuration and decommissioning, ensuring compliance with security policies across 12+ servers
- Remediate critical security vulnerabilities, achieving 90% reduction in high-risk findings within 60 days
- Manage Active Directory user provisioning, group memberships, and security access controls integrated with Okta identity platform
- Implement automated Power Shell scripts integrated with the Service Now API, reducing manual administrative tasks.
- SECRET Clearance with T3 Investigation
