** Job Overview*
* We are seeking an experienced
** Senior Business Systems Analyst
** to lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across enterprise applications and cloud-hosted platforms. This role requires a hands-on analyst who can independently investigate issues across application, integration, database, cloud, and reporting layers while partnering closely with development, architecture, QA, support, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Splunk, AWS environments, data analysis, and AI-assisted troubleshooting tools.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Lead defect triage, issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution management across enterprise systems.

+ Analyze and troubleshoot issues across application, integration, database, cloud, and reporting layers.

+ Utilize SQL, Splunk, AWS monitoring/logging tools, database query tools, and AI-enabled analysis tools to identify and resolve incidents.

+ Own tickets and production issues from intake through closure, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.

+ Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, support teams, and business stakeholders to determine root causes and validate solutions.

+ Investigate issues related to code, configurations, integrations, data quality, reporting logic, and business processes.

+ Validate fixes, perform impact analysis, and ensure closure confirmation.

+ Document findings, root cause details, business impact assessments, remediation actions, and validation outcomes.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application stability and support processes.

** Required Skills*
* + Defect triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

+ End-to-end ownership of incidents and support tickets.

+ Strong SQL querying, data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with Splunk or similar log analysis and monitoring tools.

+ AWS-hosted application support and cloud troubleshooting experience.

+ Strong data analysis capabilities across structured and unstructured data sources.

Experience with AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted analysis tools.

+ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

+ Ability to work cross-functionally with development, QA, architecture, support, and business teams.

** Required Qualification*
* + 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, Production Support, Application Support, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in defect triage, incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution ownership.

+ Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.

+ Experience using Splunk or equivalent log monitoring and analysis platforms.

+ Experience supporting applications hosted in AWS cloud environments.
