Senior Project Manager - MDM solution Product Information Management; PIM) using Riversand

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

• Hands on experience on managing the implementation of MDM solution using Riversand
• Collaboration with TCS MDM practice, Riverstand and customer on the implementation of MDM solution
• Looking for relatively senior resource with strong understanding on lifecycle of product and Master data management in Retail industry
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders (including customer, vendor).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer work environment/culture.
• Team Player and assist technical team in troubleshooting issues and mentor and guide them.
• Ability to assist QA team for the completeness/review of test scenarios/test cases.
• Ability to work on global delivery execution model in onshore-offshore model.

Roles and responsibility

• Interface directly with customers at executive and administration levels to communicate Riversand’s implementation process, set and manage expectations, and oversee client relationship during implementation.
• Produce and manage implementation timelines defining scope of project, resource assignments, and timelines.
• Conduct internal and external status review meetings, and report project progress to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
• Oversee on-time delivery of all aspects of Riversand’s implementation.
• Train customers on the product, including operations integration and first-level technical support.
