IT End User Support Engineer

We are seeking an IT Service Desk professional to provide high-quality technical support to internal users while maintaining the performance and reliability of endpoint devices. This role is responsible for resolving IT support tickets, troubleshooting desktop and application issues, and ensuring PCs and related technologies remain secure, stable, and fully operational.

This position requires on-site presence five days per week near the Willis Tower in Chicago, IL.

• Resolve IT tickets and end-user issues related to Windows OS and Office 365
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and other endpoint devices
• Provide support through phone, email, and in-person requests
• Maintain desktop standard images and ensure devices remain consistent with company standards
• Research and troubleshoot technical issues to identify solutions

• At least 2 years of Service Desk or Help Desk experience supporting PCs and applications
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and desktop environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently

• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, or Microsoft Entra
• Familiarity with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
• Basic networking knowledge and endpoint device management experience
