The Manager, Global Legal & Compliance at Ronald McDonald House Global supports enterprise-wide compliance, risk management, policy governance, and This role also supports contracting activities, including vendor agreements within a contract lifecycle management system. Reporting to the General Counsel, Ronald McDonald House Global and working closely with functional leaders, the role ensures compliance, contracting, and risk management activities are identified, documented, and managed consistently, with strong visibility and alignment to the Ronald McDonald House Global’s broader risk management framework.

Key responsibilities include facilitating compliance awareness; supporting the development, implementation, and periodic review of policies and procedures; maintaining compliance documentation and mitigation activities; and advising the General Counsel on policy updates, training needs, and emerging risks. The role also supports insurance coordination, vendor procurement, and contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of legal agreements, and maintaining agreement templates and contracting resources.

The role also helps maintain the enterprise risk register.

• Facilitate enterprise-level awareness of compliance and risk across Ronald McDonald House Global.

• Support functional owners in identifying, documenting, and managing compliance risks.

• Create, implement,and ensure proper documentation of policies and procedures in coordination with Senior Leadership and business functional leads.

• Establish and document current and future mitigation activities.

• Proffer recommendations to the Ronald McDonald House Global’s General Counselon revision of policies, trainingneedsand other factors that affect compliance and areas of risk.
• Maintain awareness of incident responses, remediation, and corrective actions to ensure summary reporting is available for compliance requirements.

• Lead and maintain Ronald McDonald House Global’s vendor procurement & management policies, standards, and core processes.

• Manage the vendor sourcing and engagement process, including maintenance of vendor service agreements, contract development, and coordination with vendor relationship managers.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal agreements with limited supervision for Ronald McDonald’s House Global, including vendor services agreements and other agreements managed both within and outside the contract lifecycle management system.
