The Business Analyst, HRIS supports the delivery and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR technologies through requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, testing, and delivery coordination. This role works across business and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, maintain accurate process and system documentation, and support technology initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Requirements & Process Analysis- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Workday enhancements, issues, and projects.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze current-state processes and document future-state requirements, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate requirements and process discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
