Job Description
We are looking for a Service Now SPM Lead with 10 years of enterprise IT experience to drive end-to-end SPM (formerly ITBM) implementations. In this role, you will partner directly with PMOs, business leaders, and enterprise architects to design, configure, and scale Service Now SPM solutions that align with business goals.
Mandatory Requirement
- Certified Implementation Specialist -
- Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) is STRICTLY MANDATORY. - Proven track record of hands-on, end-to-end Service Now SPM implementations (general administration/development experience alone will not be considered).
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership:
Lead end-to-end SPM implementations, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Management, and Strategic Planning Work spaces. - Technical Delivery:
Architect and build scalable solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer. - Integrations & Data Migration:
Design robust integrations between Service Now SPM and third-party systems (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, SAP) using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services. - Analytics & Reporting:
Build performance analytics, real-time dashboards, and custom reporting to provide executive visibility into portfolio health and resource allocation. - Stakeholder Governance:
Collaborate with senior leadership to map business requirements into standard Service Now features, minimizing unnecessary custom code.
Qualifications
- 10 years of total Service Now platform development and architecture experience.
- Deep domain knowledge across PMO processes, ITIL frameworks, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead data migration, platform upgrades, and platform optimization for enterprise clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
