You will work alongside experienced consultants to design, configure, and implement Service Now solutions that improve business processes and user experience.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in IT service management, enterprise platforms, and digital workflow solutions. You will work alongside experienced consultants to design, configure, and implement Service Now solutions that improve business processes and user experience.

• Assist in the configuration and customization of the Service Now platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM and FSO modules)
• Support senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Participate in solution design sessions and translate requirements into technical configurations
• Help develop workflows, forms, and basic scripts within Service Now
• Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities
• Provide support during deployments and post-implementation activities
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in enterprise software, IT service management, or consulting
• Understanding of databases, workflows, or object-oriented programming concepts
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)
• Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office prior to your start date; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model
• Ability and willingness to travel Monday - Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe
