We’re hiring a licensed Insurance Producer to join our Chicago office. This role is ideal for someone who has already obtained their insurance license and is looking to build real-world experience through hands‑on training and mentorship.

You’ll work directly with a Senior Executive Producer, receiving structured, day‑to‑day training focused on learning the business the right way.

Prior experience is welcome but not required. What matters most is that you’re licensed, motivated, and willing to learn in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment.

• Work alongside a Senior Executive Producer to learn sales, placement, and client management
• Assist with new business submissions, renewals, and policy documentation
• Learn how to evaluate risk and structure coverage solutions
• Communicate with carriers, underwriters, and internal team members
• Gradually take on more responsibility as training progresses

• Active insurance license (required)
