Position:
Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee

As a Full-Time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee, your day-to-day activities will be engaging and rewarding. We provide a top-notch training program with sessions designed to enhance your understanding of the claims process. Each day, you'll handle incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages—all while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Your schedule will typically run Monday through Friday for a balanced work-life rhythm.

You will have the chance to shadow experienced professionals, learn the ropes, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming auto claims, investigate details, and evaluate damages
  • Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates
  • Work with team members to resolve claims efficiently and accurately
  • Shadow experienced professionals and progressively take on more responsibilities
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset in all interactions
Qualifications / Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and phone)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Familiarity with software tools used for claims processing

How to Apply

Estimated Compensation Range: $20/hr - $30/hr published ranges are estimates. Offered compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
