As an Actuarial Advisor
, you will independently solve intricate actuarial challenges, work closely with clients, and engage in high-impact initiatives in loss reserving, pricing, and analytics. You'll serve a diverse clientele, including large corporations and captive insurance entities, while thriving in a supportive team setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform actuarial analyses for loss reserving, pricing, and data analytics projects across various business segments.
  • Organize, audit, and scrutinize large datasets to uphold accuracy and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheet models, exhibits, and actuarial templates.
  • Utilize actuarial theory and statistical modeling techniques to address real-world client issues.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials to effectively communicate findings to clients.
  • Engage directly with clients, elucidating methodologies, results, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of actuarial experience in the property & casualty insurance sector (actuarial consulting experience preferred).
  • ACAS or FCAS designation required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of articulating complex actuarial concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency or experience with actuarial programming tools such as Alteryx, R, Python, or similar is preferred.
