What You’ll Do

• Conduct field inspectionsandgather accurate claim information
• Reviewandinterpret policy provisionsandcrop program guidelines
• Communicate professionally with insureds, agents,and internal teams
• Submit complete, timely,and compliant claim documentation
• Represent Hudson Crop with integrity, accuracy,and outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous crop adjusting experience
• Strong attention to detail andability to work independently
• Excellent communicationandcustomer service skills
• Reliable transportation andability to travel
• Current adjuster certification or willingness to complete required training
