Auto Damage Adjuster – Field

• Handle auto damage claims
• Promptly and accurately settle claims
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
• Work in the assigned territory listed on the job posting
• Potentially work remotely, in the field, or in-office
• Maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Make decisions and manage multiple tasks while assessing claims

• Minimum of 12 months of auto damage experience
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
• Willingness to be flexible with the primary work location
• Ability to work remotely, in the field, or in-office as required
• Solid computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
