Vantage is seeking a Head of Marketing, Insurance to lead marketing and communications for Vantage’s Insurance segment, reporting to the Chief Distribution Officer. You will turn our underwriting expertise into content and campaigns for brokers, support the Insurance business’s brand and media presence, and create sales enablement materials that help brokers understand and sell our products. You will work closely with underwriting, distribution, and leadership to build out this function.

The base salary expectation for this role is between $220,000 and $270,000. • Set the marketing strategy for the Insurance business, working closely with the Chief Distribution Officer and the distribution and underwriting teams to make sure marketing priorities align with growth objectives.
• Track ROI and tie marketing efforts to underwriting results.
• Handle the internal and external communications that come with running a growing Insurance marketing function, keeping brokers, colleagues, and leadership informed and aligned.
• Plan and produce content that puts our underwriting expertise in front of brokers and the market, from blog posts and thought leadership to white papers and other longer-form pieces.
• Run our email marketing program, from broker outreach to lifecycle campaigns, surveys, and “wins” emails.
• Support the Chief Distribution Officer in the strategic implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
• Set the strategic vision and branding for the events and conferences where we show up in front of brokers, and manage the Insurance segment’s industry sponsor ships.
• Bring strategic vision to source and manage the Vantage-branded promotional items our teams bring to events and use with brokers.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience working in or marketing to the insurance industry, with an understanding of the broker-carrier relationship.
• Demonstrated experience running B2B marketing programs, including content, brand, and events, from strategy through execution.
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce), including driving adoption and getting more value out of it.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate technical/underwriting concepts into clear, broker-facing language.
• Comfortable partnering with distribution, underwriting, and senior leadership to gather input and secure buy-in.
