Support the corporate Safety team by administering and coordinating the workers’ compensation program across nationwide distribution centers.
This is a 5 days onsite role in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago near LockportKey Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for workers’ compensation programs and claims.
- Ensure timely claim reporting and accurate documentation by local teams.
- Support claim monitoring, stakeholder communication, and coordination with insurance carriers and TPAs.
- Develop and distribute workers’ compensation reports and program metrics.
- Assist with return-to-work and light-duty programs.
- Identify process improvements and support regulatory compliance.
- 5 years of experience in workers’ compensation, safety, HR, risk management, or a related function.
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation claims processes, incident reporting, and return-to-work programs.
- Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, or claims partners.
- Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and safety-related claims management.
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments.
