• Operate as an independent contractor representing American Family and its products exclusively.
• Oversee the overall management and growth of your agency.
• Build and lead a team to achieve strategic business goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Earn commissions and participate in the new agent incentive program.

• Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and commitment to customer care.
• Be prepared to serve the community; previous experience in any industry is welcome.
