Futures Client Services Specialist; Night Shift

The Futures Client Services Specialist will represent IRONBEAM, a CME Group Clearing Member and Futures Commission Merchant. The candidate will report directly to the Client Services Team Lead and will be responsible for the following as well as other duties as assigned:

This is a night shift position, with hours of 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (Central Time).

New hires will complete two weeks of training on the day shift before transitioning to their assigned night schedule.

• Assisting customers in a variety of issues
• Risk management with futures and options trading, including executing trades
• Executing orders for clients
• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting current customers on using our technology
• Setting up customers with access to trading systems and troubleshooting trading software connection issues
• Assisting with the firm’s back-office operations on an as‑needed basis
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 3 years of commodities industry experience
• Knowledge of the futures and options industry is a must
• Experience in risk management in the futures industry
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of industry trading platforms and back‑end technology
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field
