DESCRIPTION:
Answer calls in a timely manner with proper greeting and a smile in your voice.
Paging for staff members.
Calling in Emergency Surgery Teams.
Able to perform duties under stressful situations.
Must work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge:
High School diploma or equivalent
Skills:
Customer service experience and computer skills required. Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish/Chinese)
Abilities:
Must be able to work weekend , holidays ,afternoon and evening shifts.
These duties are to be performed in a highly confidential manner, following the mission, values, and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center. Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and guests.

* Paid Sick Time - effective 90 days after employment
* Paid Vacation Time - effective 90 days after employment
