Job Description
  • Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & Italian)
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
  • Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time
  • Free work environment. Should be a team player and enjoy the work

    • Required skills and Experience
  • Candidates should be very fluent in bilingual speaking (Ex: English & Italian)
  • Command over Language with good understanding skills is required
  • Good Communication Skills is required
  • Candidate should be a good listener
  • Candidates with certification in Italian Language, Italian Language trainers, Italian Language Associate, Customer support Italian Language will be given high preference
  • Fresher with good proficiency in speaking Italian and English Language
  • Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling
  • Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
