US-Based Human Transcriber About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Transcriber to accurately transcribe audio and video content into written text. This role is ideal for individuals with strong reading comprehension, writing skills, and attention to detail.

• Listen to audio and video recordings and create accurate written transcripts.
• Follow transcription guidelines and formatting standards.
• Review and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.
• Conduct basic research when needed to verify names, terminology, or references.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Degree in a reading- and writing-intensive field such as:

• Excellent written English skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Prior transcription, editing, proofreading, research, or content review experience.
• Experience working with deadlines and quality standards.
