Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm with a thriving Chicago office, is seeking a real estate finance lawyer to join as an associate or partner (depending on level of experience). This firm’s sophisticated real estate practice is recognized for heading some of the largest and most complex projects in the country and around the globe across a wide range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, office, hospitality, industrial, health care, and other commercial industries.

• Handle a range of real estate finance transactions, including construction financing, mezzanine financing, CMBS, equity raises, joint ventures, and preferred equity structures
• Represent clients on standalone and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, as well as related borrower-side financing and refinancing, across a variety of asset classes
• Handle loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions
• Run transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post-closing

• 4+ years of real estate finance experience, including
• Strong academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000+.
