About the Position:
Our client, the large and established Chicago office of a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is actively seeking a patent litigation attorney (3+ yrs) to join its growing practice as an associate. This highly-regarded patent litigation practice represents many of the biggest companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and health care fields – and has a winning track record across US and global venues in the most complex patent disputes.

Responsibilities:

· Represent a sophisticated client base across the United States and internationally in complex patent litigation matters

Required Qualifications:

· 3 or more years of patent litigation experience

· Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a similar field is preferred

· Strong academic credentials and a large law firm background is preferred

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $260,000 – $390,000.
