As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our corporate legal functions and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in case preparations

• Coordinate with external counsels and vendors as needed
• Assist in due diligence processes for various corporate transactions

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience working as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, legal terminology, and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Legal Assistant) is a plus
