Global Labor & Employment Associate (1-2 yrs) – Chambers-Ranked Practice Overview
About the Position:
Our client, one of the largest and most recognized global law firms, is seeking a labor and employment lawyer with international employment law experience to join its Chicago office as a junior-level associate. This firm’s top-tier Employment Law practice has been ranked Band 1 by Chambers Global for over a decade.
- Band 1 Chambers-ranked labor and employment practice
- Recognized as one of the world’s strongest law firm brands for over a decade by Thomson Reuters
- Development and training programs
- Advise major US and multinational employers on a wide spectrum of domestic and cross-border employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, employee classification, restrictive covenants, terminations, and leaves of absence
- Provide due diligence on employment matters in various cross-border transactions
- 1-2 years of employment counseling experience
- Experience with international employment law
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Large law firm experience
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
CompensationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $225,000 – $235,000.
