Key Responsibilities
- Manage case files and case calendars.
- Support document production and review.
- Handle electronic filing in various jurisdictions.
- Draft and proofread legal documents.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Interact with clients, other attorneys, community organizations, and governmental entities.
- Index and organize documents for case preparation.
- Create tables of authorities and other litigation-related documents.
- Learn and apply local rules in multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop case timelines and maintain case tracking systems.
- Create and manage witness files.
- Support trials and depositions, including logistics and document preparation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and other administrative needs.
- Answer phones and assist with general office functions as needed.
- Impeccable organization and self-management skills.
- Strong work ethic and diligent approach to tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
- Persistence in overcoming obstacles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

- Prior litigation paralegal experience (or equivalent project assistant/legal assistant experience in a fast-paced litigation setting).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with database administration and/or project management.
- Bachelor's Degree or significant litigation experience.
- commercial law preferred - Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive, highly personal, and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to adjust schedule or workload as needed to support business priorities.
