About the Position: Our client, a national Am Law firm with a Chambers-ranked labor and employment practice, is actively seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. This firm has one of the country’s largest labor and employment practice groups that serves its broad client base in a full range of labor and employment matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent employers nationwide across a variety of industries in labor and employment matters, including unions
• Counsel employers in relation to state and federal employment laws
• Directly interact with clients

Required Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of labor and employment law experience representing employers
• Knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and experience representing employers in connection with unions
• Experience counseling and representing employers in relation to federal and state employment laws
• Strong academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $275,000.
