- 5+ years of experience as a project finance lawyer.
- Experience drafting and negotiating the principal financing documentation.
- Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
- Experience reviewing project documentation preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- 5+ years of experience in practicing with Large National Firm.

This role sits in our market-leading Projects team, which is Band 1 Chambers-ranked in all relevant categories and works on some of the most innovative, complex, and challenging projects in the world.
Role scope- Join a senior team to work on high-profile renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, and other energy transition projects.
- The project team provides opportunities to work on innovative, complex matters globally.
This position may be located in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
CompensationThe full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $365,000 - $450,000. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
